I drove 25 minutes , just to have a very disorganized appointment. Amy, who had done my massage was great as always. She is a great masseuse. I was frustrated that things were disorganized though in the massage center, the battery was low at time of payment on the machine, and I had a head spa and massage. I was in one room for the head spa, and had to keep my items there ( clothes). I had to go to the next room for my massage, and I had asked if I should take my clothes since I would have to walk back with my upper area naked.They said it was fine to just keep my clothes there and walk back to get it. After my massage, I noticed another client was in the head spa room and she seemed upset that I was invading the privacy to get my clothes, and I also was upset since I had to walk back quick just to get my clothes and change. Total disrespect of privacy. There was also another angry customer outside at the time of payment due to the disorganization and the man who took the payment ASKED for a tip. I usually tip $ 40 , but at this time I knew I wasn't going to and would tip later. I feel like that's the customers choice and no other center has asked me to tip. The scalp massage was very rough and the temperature of sauna was very hot that I had to say it is VERY hot. Never ever in my life coming here again due to breach of privacy.
